My Story

Helping you recover, get stronger and get back to doing what you love.

I started my career in personal training, working one-to-one with people to improve their strength, fitness and confidence.

Over the years, I realised the part of the job I found most rewarding wasn't simply helping someone lift more weight or improve their fitness. It was helping someone who was struggling with pain or injury get back to doing the things that mattered to them.

Whether that meant returning to running, getting back into the gym, preparing for an event or simply being able to move and train without constantly worrying about pain, seeing someone make that progress was what I enjoyed most.

That ultimately led me to develop my knowledge further and specialise in sports massage, injury rehabilitation and strength & conditioning.

My approach

I don't believe rehabilitation should simply be about making something feel better temporarily.

The goal is to understand what you're struggling with, identify the areas we can work on and then give you a clear plan for moving forward.

While hands-on treatments such as sports massage, dry needling and cupping can have a place within that process, I believe strength training is one of the most important tools we have for creating meaningful, long-term progress.

That's why rehabilitation at Stirling Sports Clinic isn't just about lying on a treatment table.

We'll work together to progressively build your strength, movement, capacity and confidence, with your individual goals guiding the process.

For one person, that might mean getting through a normal day without their knee bothering them. For someone else, it could mean returning to running, getting back under a barbell or working towards their next race.

Your goal becomes our goal.

Why I do it

There are few things more rewarding to me than seeing someone achieve something they weren't sure they'd be able to do again.

It's seeing the person who was worried they might have to stop running complete their first pain-free run.

It's watching someone progress from being nervous about an injury to confidently training again.

And it's seeing someone go beyond simply getting back to where they were and start achieving things they didn't think were possible.

Every client's success genuinely matters to me.

I'll always do everything I can to help you understand the problem, give you a clear direction and provide the support you need to work towards the best result possible.

Qualifications & Training

My qualifications and training include:

  • Sports Massage Level 4

  • Strength & Conditioning

  • Personal Training

  • Dry Needling

  • Cupping

Combined with years of experience working one-to-one with clients, this allows me to bring together hands-on treatment, rehabilitation and strength training rather than relying on one approach alone.

Recover and Perform Better

Stirling Sports Clinic is built around a simple idea:

Getting out of pain is only the beginning.

The aim is to help you build the strength and confidence to return to the activities you enjoy — and, where possible, come back capable of more than you were before.

Whether you're dealing with an injury, struggling with a recurring niggle or simply want to become stronger and more resilient, we'll start with where you are now and work towards where you want to be.
